Michelle has been involved in a variety of women's ministries through her life...leading, teaching and pointing women to the redeeming love of Jesus Christ. Her incredible testimony of redemption fuels her passion for women's ministry with a focus on helping women find their God given purpose.
In the last ten years, Michelle has hosted women's retreats, led leadership conferences, workshops, and classes around the Arkansas area.
While her full-time job is helping non-profits raise funding and support as a Director of Development, her passion is ministering the love of Jesus Christ and igniting a fire in others to be used by God.
Michelle is a married mother of four, three grown and one headed to college this year. Her joy in life is being "Grandma" to the five grandbabies she has been blessed with- all girls!

I have written and taught this as a six-week Women’s Bible Study with a built in time of discussion and activation questions. I have modified the teaching for both a retreat format, a one-day conference or a six-week study on a day convenient with a prospective church or organization. The heart of the study is finding your purpose for this day in this season of time through the story of Esther. We look at how God creates our destiny before we were born, how He makes the call and determines the timing. How He makes a way for our purpose and removes barriers. It is a very timely study as more now than ever, God is calling His people to step up to their calling and to impact others for
His Kingdom and bring glory to His name before He returns.
I believe God, through this study, has revealed to me that I am to make this available to women in other churches, and to share this study wherever He might open a door.
